Retail outlet in Queensbay, Penang
This time round, we were appointed to be Project Manager for the renovation process at a franchise retail outlet – Bonia in Queensbay Mall, Penang in collaboration with Motto Design KL.
As per every retail renovation in a mall, we are only given a very short 1 month period for the renovation, so it was indeed a very tight schedule to follow. However, we manage to deliver it on time with minimum interuption.

The exterior of the shop is flanked with granite stones to give the impression of luxury, reflecting the brand that it is housing.

In this project, we are not involved in the design process, we were only roped in to help manage the planning, sourcing of contractors, scheduling,controlling resources and manpower, to achieve the end results of the outlet.
